Our solution is based on roles with different rights. Each role also has its responsibilities and security issues, which requires us to frame the assignment of roles.
An Environment Administrator can be reassigned by us if necessary.
- As the change of the owner of your environment is significant, it is necessary to justify it. You can make the request to your Uptale contact or to support@uptale.io
A Workspace Administrator can be reassigned every 3 months
- The person responsible for a workspace must administer not only the modules but also the use for sometimes many experiences and must have context and know the issues, which is why we set 3 months.
A Creator can be reassigned every 3 months
- We believe that a duration of 3 months is reasonable to be a periodic creator, for the duration of a project.
A Trainer can be reassigned every month
- Trainers generally need to change more frequently, which we understand.
A Reviewer can be reassigned anytime
- Because we understand that to have good feedback, anyone must have the opportunity to be a reviewer in a company, for a given project.
A Headset can be reassigned anytime
- We are aware that reassigning a headset to the platform is a heavy operation. In the event of a breakage or after a reset, we want to maintain fluidity for our users.
A Learner can be reassigned every year
- This is how we have defined the price of learners, for an annual account, knowing that the average usage of users with this role is low, which is normal. This explains the low price of this role and our system in "annual user", and not in "active user".
Additional note:
A Key User who logs in on a PC, will be automatically logged out of all other PCs. This prevents sharing accounts, and creative work in parallel with the same account.
A Learner automatically logs out of a headset every day. This prevents your account from being stolen and, above all, it prevents a customer from using a learner account as a much more expensive Headset account.
