Install Uptale Player app  

To install our application on your Meta Quest, whatever the model Quest 1, Quest 2, Quest 3, 3S or Quest Pro, search for 'Uptale' in the store directly in the headset.

Click under the 'Meta Horizon Store' section, and you will be able to see and install the Uptale Player.

Update the app

Auto-updated if you enable this option in your headset. 

Clear application data

If your Uptale application becomes unresponsive or behaves abnormally, it may be caused by corrupted local data on your device. Clearing the Uptale Player’s application data from the Meta settings often resolves this issue.

Important note

Clearing the application data will:

• Remove all previously downloaded experiences
• Reset the device registration

• Log out any user currently signed in

Steps to clear application data

1. Open Settings on your Meta device.

2. Navigate to the General section.

3. Select Storage.

   4. Scroll through the list of applications and select Uptale Player.
   5. Choose Clear app data.

   6. Confirm by selecting Clear.

Once the process is complete, restart the Uptale Player application and download your content again.

Uninstall the app

Go to your Apps, click on Uptale card settings, choose Delete.
