By default, an Uptale experience is private. It means that to launch and see the experience, you need to have an Uptale account that has access to the workspace that contains your experience.
Making an experience "Public" means that anyone with the link of your experience will have the ability to launch it, even without an Uptale account.
This mode must only be used for experiences built for communication/marketing purposes, or for large scale deployment outside your organization.
You will not be able to identify the users doing the experience if they do not have an Uptale account.
WARNING: Do not use this mode for confidential content.
To make an experience "Public"
- You need to have admin rights on the workspace
- Note that Creators do have access to the studio but won't have the right to make an experience "Public".
- Go to the Experience settings from the Studio > Go to the "Deploy" tab and check "Allow anonymous user to play the experience"
You can see the "Public" experiences of your workspace at a glance, with the icon located near the creation time of your experience.
